Craneridge Lighting Update

The town of Concord will be holding a meeting at the pool shelter on May 30th, at 7 PM to discuss options for the lighting district in Craneridge. Board members of the town of concord, town engineers, as well as members of National Fuel will be there to answer your questions.

Volunteers Needed Tonight

Help is needed setting up tables, chairs, and a tent for the 50th Anniversary Party.  If you’re available, meet up at the pool at 7pm tonight (7/20).  Many hands should make quick work of this.  Thanks!

Craneridge Homeowners Association

Seeking a self-motivated individual to handle day-to-day operations of 180 lot Homeowners Association. Duties include billing for annual assessments and trash pickup, bookkeeping, communication with members, and other miscellaneous duties. Reports to HOA Board of Directors. Hours vary but require approximately 6-8 hours per week. Knowledge of Word, Excel and Peachtree a plus. Residency in Craneridge preferred but not required.

Annual Meeting and Vote

A reminder that the Annual Meeting is tomorrow, 5/13 10am at the pool shelter

In addition to standard business, we will be voting on the assessment increase and a proposed amendment to the Declaration of Covenants. If you cannot make the meeting, please use the online absentee ballots to vote. The ballots for both initiatives can be found here: https://craneridge.org/voting/

Your vote is important to the future of our community and only take a couple minutes of your time.  Any current owner in Craneridge in good standing is eligible to vote.
