NEW! Craneridge Newsletter

The Communications Committee is excited to re-establish Quarterly Craneridge Newsletters! The November Edition is out now, with timely information about upcoming events, as well as written contributions from a few of your neighbors!

Also, in order to more effectively and efficiently conduct Association business and to facilitate improved communications with residents; the Craneridge HOA desires to start utilizing electronic communications for the Association’s business and communications, which includes noticing of meetings, general mailings, newsletters and owner account billings. By utilizing electronic communications, the HOA will save money otherwise spent on postage and copies. We are also looking to update the residential directory and make it available within a password protected member’s only online directory.

The Craneridge Cookie Exchange is back!

Cookie Exchange is back so come and join us for an afternoon of fun and laughter. Meet your neighbors and make new friends.

It’s easy to join the fun. Make 5 dozen of one variety of cookie. Set aside one dozen on a plate to share with everyone at the exchange.

Divide the remaining four dozen into wrapped packages/bags of six cookies each. (Suggestion: use Dollar Store goodie bags or ziplock bags or be creative with your packaging.) Bring your cookies in a basket or box so you have something to take your ‘new’ cookies home in.  You can keep your cookies, share with a neighbor or relatives or take them to work.  Want to attend but not participate in the exchange, that’s  OK.  Wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be available.

Craneridge Board Openings

All residents of the Craneridge Homeowners Association:

The Craneridge Homeowners Association Board of Directors has openings to fill 3 vacant Director’s seats on the Board. Any Director appointed to the Board at this time will serve in an interim Board seat until our Annual Member Meeting held in May of 2019. At that time, Directors holding these appointed seats can run for election to the unexpired portion of the term of the Director such person was elected to fill, or choose to end their service in the appointed term.

CRANERIDGE ASSOCIATION BY-LAWS, page 6:   (available at craneridge.org)

Article VII,  Section 7.02

Vacancies:  Vacancies in the Board of Directors shall be filled by the majority of remaining Directors (or by a sole remaining Director). Any such appointed Director shall hold office until a successor to such Director is elected by the Members to fill the unexpired portion of the term of the Director whose vacancy such person was elected to fill. Such election shall be at the next annual meeting of the Members or any special meeting called for that purpose……..”
