By the end of this meeting we will accomplish the following:
- Understand the problem and proposed solutions associated with the drainage issues involving the shared driveway at 128,219 & 130 Deer Run; and make a determination of whether to BOD should be involved in the solution(s).
- Review local options of local firms who specialize in HOA law, compare the advantages/disadvantages of utilizing such a firm and determining if this is something the BOD would like to further pursue.
