The meeting is Saturday, August 15 at 10:00am at the Picnic Shelter. Early registration will begin at 9:45am.
Masks are required to allow safe voter registration.
Residents with outstanding assessment payments will not be permitted to vote as per Craneridge Association ByLaw 3.03.
Payments will be accepted at the meeting.
The Craneridge Association is looking to fill the position of Executive Secretary. The Executive Secretary completes the day to day business activities of the Association interacting with residents, realtors and service providers. It requires working knowledge of bookkeeping, Windows (or Mac) business software and general business practices. Attention-to-detail and great customer service are key success factors. Residence in Craneridge would be ideal. It takes about 30 hours per month to manage the Association’s business activities and requires attendance at monthly board meetings. This is a paid position.

This meeting will provide you with the opportunity to hear updates on the activities of the Association as well as elect new Board Members. There will be four (4) Board positions open.

The old refrigerator in the pool building is no longer working and we would like to replace it. First, we’d like to check with the community to see if anyone has a used refrigerator they would like to donate to the community.

Each year we get together for one morning to spruce up the common property of Craneridge. Neighbors pitch in to clean up the Pool Center, Mail Center and Meadow as needed. This year we will meet at the Pool Center on July 18th at 9:00AM. Please bring rakes, shovels, trowels, hand tools, wheel barrows, and good spirits to help with the work. If you own a pickup truck please consider driving it to help with hauling. We typically work until noon. We will have coffee and donuts available in the morning.
This is a great opportunity to meet some of your neighbors, have fun and help our community at the same time. Please bring a Mask. We will also practice social distancing (unless you are from the same household).

The BOD has arranged with MRC Disposal to pick up any unwanted Republic/Modern trash totes. They will pick the totes up at no charge on SATURDAY JULY 18th.
If you want your tote picked-up please contact Chuck Dickhut via e-mail CDickhut2@aol.com with your lot number and he will add you to the pick up map.
A couple notes of interest regarding the pool and playground that were discussed at last night’s BOD meeting:
1 – The pool will be open until 9pm every day effective immediately.
2 – The lights on the basketball court will be on until 10pm nightly until Labor Day. This will go into effect as soon as possible as we need to set up a timer.
3 – There have been some issues with people properly signing in and signing out of the pool. It is important that everyone who enters the pool area sign in and sign out accurately. This is part of our covid business plan. Failure to comply with this puts us at risk of being shut down and incurring a fine of $10,000. Please be sure to sign in and sign out appropriately.
3a – There is the option to sign in with your smartphone using a QR code. If you do not have one, you will need to download a QR reader to your smartphone. At the sign-in table, scan the code. This will open a sheet on your phone where you can enter your name , lot number, and phone number. Using the QR code is optional if you prefer not to use a pen and the paper log book. However, one of the two methods must be used when entering the pool area.
