There is a Proposal to amend a section of the Craneridge Association By-Laws Article 8, Section 13.04, that we will vote on at the Annual meeting, on May 11, 2019.

The vote on the Amendment will take place at the Annual Meeting on Saturday, May 11, 2019 10:00 am @ Pool Shelter. If you can’t be there in person, the Proxy on page 3 of the above document can let you vote.

Each spring we get together for one morning to spruce up the common property of Craneridge. Neighbors pitch in to clean up the Pool Center, Mail Center and Meadow as needed.  This year we will meet at the Pool Center on May 18^th at 9:00AM.  Please bring rakes, shovels, trowels etc. to help with the work.  If you own a pickup truck please consider driving it to help with hauling.  We typically work until noontime when a lunch is provided.

This is a great opportunity to meet some of your neighbors, have fun and help our community at the same time.

Any person seeking to run for a Director position at Craneridge Homeowners Association must: (1) be an owner and (2) be current on Assessments (i.e. – a Member in good standing). It doesn’t matter if you moved in last week, or if you have been here for 50 years. We appreciate a diverse set of opinions and experience, and from it make our community a better place. Also, if you have served in the past, please consider running again. Your experience is appreciated.

Craneridge HOA is seeking a volunteer to chair the pool committee. The Committee Chair will be responsible for working with a team of resident volunteers to manage the pool including hiring and managing lifeguards, ordering pool supplies and chemicals, ensuring safe and healthy operation of the pool facility.  The Committee will also work with the board of directors to recommend updates to the property and any changes to rules for the use of the pool.  There are currently a handful of experienced volunteers willing to participate on the committee and share their knowledge and experience, but we are in need of a chairperson.
