Hello Craneridge Neighbors!

You are invited to attend one of two Woodlands Committee Info Sessions on April 19 or 23. We’ll share an update of what’s underway and what’s planned for the future. We’ll also provide details about the Volunteer and Steward opportunities and how you can help.

Two (2) Craneridge HOA Board positions opening! Candidates wanted!

There will be two (2) Craneridge HOA Board positions open to be elected during The ANNUAL MEETING which is scheduled for Sunday, June 13th.

Any person seeking to run for a Director position at Craneridge Homeowners Association must: (1) be an owner and (2) be current on Assessments (i.e. – a Member in good standing). It doesn’t matter if you moved in last week, or if you have been here for 50 years. We appreciate a diverse set of opinions and experience, and from it make our community a better place. Also, if you have served in the past, please consider running again. Your experience is appreciated.

In order to ensure that the candidates name is placed on the ballot that will be mailed to the Members within the May Newsletter, the Association must receive your Nomination no later than May 1, 2021.

Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt, Saturday April 3, 12-3

Bring the kids and join your neighbors for a fun Easter-themed Scavenger hunt throughout Craneridge!

Starting at the Mail Center, hop down the Craneridge Bunny Trail, solving riddles and puzzles along the way. Turn in your answers at the end of the trail and collect your Easter surprise!

Woodlands Committee is “Branching Out”

Exciting news! Planning is underway to expand the Woodlands Committee to offer resident educational programs, proactive woodlands and stream management, and nature trail development. Our long-term goal is to Improving the diversity and quality of our natural neighborhood, ensuring the legacy that Craneridge is a beautiful place to live. 

The Woodlands Committee is working through lots of details, but we’ll be ready to share them with the Craneridge Community in the spring. We will need lots of help!
