Pool updates and hours

We wanted to provide you with an update on the pool heater issue that we have been working diligently to resolve. Over the past couple of weeks, we have been actively addressing the problem, and we want to assure you that progress is being made. The primary challenge we have faced is obtaining the necessary parts for issue. Despite our efforts to expedite the ordering process, there have been unexpected delays in the availability of these specific components. We understand the inconvenience this has caused, and we apologize for any frustration or inconvenience it may have caused. Additionally, coordinating with the pool company to schedule the repair has presented its own set of challenges. We have been in constant communication with them to ensure that they are aware of the urgency and importance of the situation. However, due to their existing commitments and tight schedule, securing a suitable appointment has proven more difficult than anticipated.

Please be assured that we are actively pursuing all available options to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We understand the significance of having a functional pool heater, especially during the summer season, and we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. We will continue to keep you updated on our progress and provide you with any new information as it becomes available. Our priority is to ensure that the pool heater is fully operational, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
