Join us for a relaxing and mindful evening in nature with Forest Bathing… without getting naked on Friday, July 10 from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at the Meadow Shelter.
Forest bathing is a mindful approach to slowing down, being present, and connecting with the natural world around us. Mitchell Alegre, a founding member of The Mindfulness Alliance, will introduce attendees to a new way to connect with our woodland neighbors and experience the outdoors with intention.
This event will take place rain or shine, so please dress appropriately for the weather and be prepared for bugs. Attendees are also encouraged to bring a portable chair if they would prefer not to sit on the ground or on a log.
This event is sponsored by the Woodlands & Habitat Committee.
We hope to see you there for a peaceful evening outdoors.
