✅ Vote by paper ballot at the June 22 Annual Meeting

✅ Stay after for the Neighborhood Picnic — featuring food prepared by our very own Gourmet Barbecuing Master, Cory Bowen! This is a great opportunity to connect with neighbors and enjoy the community.

✅ July 1: Pay your 2025 Annual Assessment ($550 per lot)
