The Craneridge Community (an HOA) has some of the most unique and beautiful properties in Western New York with circular lots, surrounding woodlands, proximity to Sprague Brook Park, Kissing Bridge, and the surrounding Town of Concord. Our common properties, community pool, and shared amenities support our community-connected feel.
Craneridge comprises approximately 165 wooded acres. Most of the nearly half acre (.40 acre) lots are round with space between each lot. This common ground is left natural and provides for wonderful views of the outside from within each house. Most of our 165 homes are owner occupied with a few rentals here and there.
