At our June 9th annual meeting, it was mentioned that residents could attend the Town of Concord Board meeting to voice concerns regarding the Town’s plans to install cobra style street lights in Craneridge.

NOTICE: Installation of Cameras at the Pool and Playground Areas on June 11.

Dear Members,

After a year of discussions and serious deliberation, the Board of Directors (BOD) has decided to install security cameras in the common areas, specifically directed at the pool, pool shelter, playground, and basketball court. The cameras are scheduled to be installed on June 11th. This project aims to address ongoing vandalism and the destruction of our shared assets. Some concerning examples include:
