Join us for a movie under the stars at the meadow on Friday, 7/8/16 at 9:00pm! Movie TBD. Bring snacks, blankets, chairs and bug spray…..this is a free, private event brought to you by your social committee, and funded through your H.O.A.
Dog Waste Stations
Two dog waste stations have recently been installed at the Meadow and the mail center to encourage considerate dog ownership and keep our neighborhood clean. Dog owners please “scoop your poop” and deposit it in one of these convenient locations or carry it to your home. Just kicking it off the road is not really good enough in light of the way our kids play everywhere in our unique community.
Any dog owners willing to take a turn in the rotation to change the waste station liner bags, should contact Jan Freeman at jmfdvm@rbfa.com. Your responsibilities would likely be limited to one pick up every 2-3 months.

A few of the tables in the pool area need to be stained. It is a left over job from our spring work day. If you are able to help out for an hour to knock them out, there will be residents meeting at the pool at 10am on Saturday May, 21. Thanks in advance for your help.
Architectural Committee Open House
The Architectural Committee is helping you to get ready for your summer projects with a one-day only, expedited approval process.
On Monday, May 16 from 7pm-9pm the Committee will be at the pool shelter to approve requests on the spot. Simply bring 3 copies of the submission form and any color samples that may be needed and you should be able to walk away with an approval in hand.

Annual Meeting
Mark your calendars, this Saturday, May 7th and join us at the pool shelter at 10 am for our Annual Meeting. Candidates running for the board (in alphabetical order) are, David Czaplicki, Debbie Dietrich, Mike Hall, Tim Lazarus, Thad Leugemors and Ted Welch.
