Next membership vote on proposed 3 year Assessment – Tuesday, July 11 @ Pool Shelter – 7:00 pm

At the Annual meeting on June 11th, membership did not meet the required quorum for the vote on the ratification of the new three-year assessment.

To ensure that every member has an opportunity to participate in this decision, we have scheduled another voting opportunity on Tuesday, July 11th at the Pool Shelter at 7:00 pm. This additional meeting will provide an opportunity for all members to cast their votes.

In the event that you are unable to attend the meeting in person, we encourage you to exercise your right to vote by proxy. Proxy voting allows you to appoint a trusted representative to cast your vote on your behalf. Annual Members Meeting – Sunday June 11th @ 2:00 pm – Pool Shelter

This year’s Annual Meeting will be on Sunday, June 11th at 2:00 pm at the Pool Shelter.

The association’s annual meeting is the best opportunity for you to learn about this year’s events and get caught up on everything happening in our community. Vote for new Board Members – There will be five (4) Board positions open.

We need your involvement in the election of officers as well as the ratification of the new three (3) year assessment.

The meeting will last approximately an hour and directly after, we will have a meet-and-greet with neighbors as well as a Post-Meeting Picnic hosted by the Social Committee!
