he Board represents the interests of all homeowners in the Craneridge Association. Members are expected to be familiar with the Association’s bylaws, covenants, violation policies, and common property rules, all of which are available on the residents section of the website.

Board responsibilities include maintaining common areas, managing budgets, and collecting assessments. Board members have a fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of the community.

To prepare, it is recommended that you:

  • Review governing documents and financial reports
  • Attend monthly Board meetings
  • Speak with current Board members
  • Join a committee to gain hands-on experience
