- Approve and schedule the replacement of the deteriorating support columns (5) at the pool house;
- Understand the legal and bylaw parameters to implementing e-voting and discuss moving the implementation forward;
- Finalize Annual Members meeting date and discuss/plan next-steps to be taken prior to the meeting.
