By the end of this meeting we will accomplish the following:
- Understand and learn about alternative software options for accounting and record keeping; and if necessary vote to change the software Craneridge currently utilizes;
- Understand the positive/negative aspects of accepting credit card payments for assessments; and if necessary vote to accept credit card payments;
- Understand and learn more about our current voting process; to better understand what works well/not well – if there are any barriers found; then discuss possible alternative methods to overcome these barriers; and
- Understand and learn more about how the BOD currently communicates with members; What works well, what doesn’t work well and how to overcome barriers.
