Log Into HOA Assist Member Portal

You have 5 (five) different options to pay your annual assessment:

• Enroll in Auto-Draft: (Free) Using your routing and account number, AutoDraft will result in a withdrawal on the 5th of the month that dues are owed. Please
  note, this setting will automatically adjust in the future if dues increase. Also, this option will pull any previous balances on your account.
• E-Check: ($2.99 per transaction) This payment option is one-time or recurring and will require your routing and account number from your checking or savings
  account and is a cost of $2.99 per transaction. E-check allows homeowners to set the amount and the date of the withdrawal. Please note, if dues increase in the future, homeowners will need to manually adjust the payment to the new amount.
• Debit/Credit Card: (3.99% of the transaction) This payment option is one-time or recurring.
• Bill Pay (through your personal Bank) If you choose to use your banks bill pay system, you will need to contact them and establish Craneridge Association Inc. as a payee, and ensure payments are sent early enough to arrive by the 1st of the month. Please ensure that your personal account number (provided by HOA Assist) is listed in the account or memo section of your check. Lastly, make sure your bank sends payments to the following address:

• Personal Check Homeowners can elect to mail physical checks to HOA Assist, and please ensure that your personal account number (provided by HOA Assist) is listed in the account or memo section of your check.
