PLEASE NOTE THAT A FINE OF $250 PER TREE WILL BE IMPOSED ON ANY MEMBER OF THE COMMUNITY THAT REMOVES A TREE WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL. IN ADDITION TO THE FINE, A TREE (1 ½ INCH CALIPER OR GREATER) MUST ALSO BE PLANTED TO REPLACE EACH TREE THAT WAS CUT DOWN WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
