The primary challenge we have faced is obtaining the necessary parts for issue. Despite our efforts to expedite the ordering process, there have been unexpected delays in the availability of these specific components. We understand the inconvenience this has caused, and we apologize for any frustration or inconvenience it may have caused. Additionally, coordinating with the pool company to schedule the repair has presented its own set of challenges. We have been in constant communication with them to ensure that they are aware of the urgency and importance of the situation. However, due to their existing commitments and tight schedule, securing a suitable appointment has proven more difficult than anticipated.
Please be assured that we are actively pursuing all available options to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We understand the significance of having a functional pool heater, especially during the summer season, and we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly.
