By the end of this meeting we will accomplish the following: 

  • Compare the advantages/disadvantages of retaining a local law firm who specializes in HOAs and determine if this is something the BOD would like to further pursue.
  • Discuss and then vote on moving forward with at least two options to improve “Better Listening” with community members
  • Determine the Lights Timer On/Off times for the Basketball court by Season. 
  • Review the Committee Charter drafts and approve them for distribution to the membership.
