Outcomes [or Intended Results] for this meeting: 

By the end of this meeting we will accomplish the following: 

  • Introduce and “try-out” a new Agenda format (based on Roberta’s Rules of Order) for monthly BOD Meetings – Outcomes intended would be: more flexibility for decision-making with structure; and more outcomes-based discussion/planning.
  • Form Project Teams for: Shared Driveway (128,129 & 130 Deer Run); e-Voting; and the Pool – Outcomes intended are to determine if and what problems there are, research and collect information, then present possible solution(s) to the BOD at a future meeting. 
  • Close-out the “Crump Brook Restoration Cost Share” discussion & discuss lessons learned for future similar cost-sharing scenarios
